Katie has been kind enough to organize a kayak adventure for a belated birthday party (I'm excited because friends and kids are welcome!). Will I celebrate this most auspicious day by falling in? Will a kind soul throw me a life vest? Stay tuned to see if I sit still or am ready to swim!
