Probably only a BFF that you've known since high school could send you a Christmas gift at the end of January, with a thank you note written on the envelope, along with a card addressed to you with your middle name (only my Grandmother called me by both names), wrapped in monkeys that make you laugh, containing a book book that you will love when it makes you cry and laugh....
