As I type this, someone in the neighborhood just sent off pop rockets and Luke has walked calmly yet forcefully to the closet. Although he has grown to tolerate the vacuum cleaner, he hates thunder and fireworks. I heard that ThunderJackets can help, but they are a little spendy. I searched on YouTube and found a homemade version. Sadly, Luke just looked weird and was still scared. He hid in the closet and the shower. Shhhh....all better now.
