Katie and I took a little retreat to Guemes Island, in the San Juans. A 15-car ferry takes you to a little island with a mountain, great views of Mt. Baker, and water vistas. There is only one General Store on the island, leaving lots of time for hiking Guemes Mountain, relaxing, beach coming, and playing games. It was a great weekend.
