I teach late (8:35 p.m.) on Wed nights so I usually eat linner (lupper?) lunch/dinner. Today, I treated myself to Rancho Bravo, a spicy, cheap, fun restaurant. It may look exactly like a KFC--because it once was and nothing has changed. The booths are plastic and bright; a plastic banner covers the old menu board. But, the burritos are filling and as close to "Mexican" as you may find in Seattle.
