Last night my favorite show started....The Amazing Race. The Koenigs (Sara, pictured above) have a ginormous HDTV that brings the action to life. I made RACEhorse brownies (or donkey brownies...hard to tell) to add a special sense of occasion to the premiere. Afterwards, we were so energized that Matthew spun around the kitchen, leading us to wonder what WAS the theme song to White Nights? It is Phil Colin's Separate Lives (still worth a google/listen). It was an amazing night--now if only the show would accept my contestant application!

It should have been me holding that donkey brownie!!! And I'm a little worried about those darn cowboys! How are they the only ones who can't figure it out. Argh.
