Random Human Ecology

I'm a human ecologist filled with random facts! On most days, I'm just a crazy dog lady who wanders through life seeing the curiosities in this world. In 2011, I was on a quest: Project365 (p365). I took a picture everyday. That may be the first and last time I complete a New Year Resolution! Now, I'm trying to find quirky, kitschy joy. Beware: There are a lot of pics of my pup. Realistically, this blog should be called Luke's Photo Booth! All in all, it is a story of a well-loved life.

Halloween (p365; 10.4.11)

Ok, I know Halloween isn't until the end of the month, but I'm EXCITED. In a few weekends I'll make my annual pilgrimage to Ocean Shores (I love that place in the autumn), then to PDX to run the Race Like Hell. The theme this year is Zombies. Kathy and I are going to dress up like cheerleaders-turned-zombies: Because every Zombie has a story! I've even bought some candy (and opened the candy, uhhhohhh) and carving pumpkins that my favorite elementary school boys (and their mom) grew. Countdown is ON!
