Iced Coffee (p365; 8.7.11)

This summer's chemistry project has been to perfect homemade iced coffee. After a fair amount of Internet searching, I tried cold brew: you simply mix ground coffee (I've tried high end, Trader Joe's, and French style with chicory) with water and let sit overnight. You can make big batches and save. Another method is the pour-over, using a filter (seen on right) to pour stong, hot coffee over ice. Someone asked me if I just took a pot of coffee and put it in the fridge. No, where is the fun in something that simple?

I keep forgetting to ask, have you found a favorite method?
