Like most tweens and teens (and several adults), I just read the Hunger Games trilogy. I really liked it. It is a post-apocolitic tale of a young woman finding herself in the midst of chaos (the Hunger Games are a way the Capitol keeps control of the Districts, a fight-to-the-death Survivor). I told a friend it has the character development that Twilight wanted (and a good editor--sorry Stephenie Meyers, but there is no Union Lake in Seattle and I don't know what else traitor tears could do beside betray Bella.). Seeing how I'm now in 4 book clubs, I think I'll suggest that one of the groups read the novels so we can discuss. If you have read, feel free to leave your thoughts...
